Tuna Cutlets/Patties (Cheat's Version)

Ingredients:
1 can of tuna
2 potatoes, peeled
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 onion (finely chopped)
3 cloves garlic, finely diced
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 stalk curry leaf
A pinch of turmeric
A pinch of salt
breadcrumbs
eggs, lightly whisked
Method:
Boil the potatoes. Once cooked, break them up with a fork. Do not mash them.
Strain the tuna from the can.
Fry the onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli and curry leaf.
Add the tuna to the fry pan and continue cooking.
Add a pinch of turmeric and salt. Mix it in.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Mix the potatoes into the tuna mixture.
Once cooled, shape into palm-sized patties.
Roll the patty into the egg, and subsequently roll in the breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry the patties.
