Omelette

Ingredients:

  1. 2 eggs

  2. Baby Spinach

  3. Cherry Tomatoes

  4. Mushrooms

  5. Cheese

Method:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly with a fork.

  2. Pour the beaten eggs into a saucepan. The heat should be low.

  3. Once the omelette is semi-cooked, use a spatula to lift the sides of the egg off the pan.

  4. Add in your fillings (the other ingredients).

  5. Cook for a few more seconds.

  6. Fold the omelette in half.

  7. Slide the omelette onto a plate.
