Ingredients:
2 eggs
Baby Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Cheese
Method:
In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly with a fork.
Pour the beaten eggs into a saucepan. The heat should be low.
Once the omelette is semi-cooked, use a spatula to lift the sides of the egg off the pan.
Add in your fillings (the other ingredients).
Cook for a few more seconds.
Fold the omelette in half.
Slide the omelette onto a plate.
