Chewy Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
115 grams unsalted butter
115 grams unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsps (50g) all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup (100g) toasted walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Method:
Butter a 20cm square cake pan and lightly dust it with flour. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Add the chopped chocolate and stir over low heat until melted. Remove from the heat
Mix in the sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in the flour and the salt.
Add the nuts and chocolate chips.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 mins (or until a skewer poked into the centre comes out clean).
Remove from the oven and cool on a wire cooling rack.
